Is it safe for children and families?

Yes, it is a very safe activity for families and beginners. The river in this stretch is calm and without currents.

It is a mandatory requirement to know how to swim and children (usually from 7-8 years old) must be accompanied by an adult in a double kayak.

What is the refund policy?

In case of cancellation of the activity by the organizers the reservation will be refunded. In case of cancellation by the client, with more than 24h in advance , the reservation will be refunded in full. The right to any refund or reimbursement will be lost in case of no show at the meeting point and at the time indicated on the day of departure, or voluntary abandonment once the activity has begun.
